Beehive Moving & Robbing Screen – Beekeeping Equipment | Innisfil Creek Honey

Beehive Moving / Robbing Screen

Protect your colonies during hive moves and help manage robbing activity with the Moving / Robbing Screen from Innisfil Creek Honey. This practical beekeeping accessory is designed to help beekeepers manage hive entrances during transportation and periods when bees may attempt to rob honey from neighbouring colonies.

Robbing can occur when bees from other colonies enter a hive to steal honey and other resources. A suitable robbing screen can help make it more difficult for robber bees to access the hive while allowing the resident colony to use the intended entrance arrangement.

Moving screens are also useful when preparing colonies for transportation, helping manage the hive entrance as part of a safe, properly planned hive move. Always follow the product's installation instructions and ensure adequate ventilation when transporting bees.
