Oxalic Acid for the treatment of Varroa Mite.

Oxalic Acid Dihydrate is an organic acid that is a white crystalline powder.  Oxalic Acid is found naturally in fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.  It is a great tool to have in the beekeepers arsenal to kill and control Varroa mites in your honey bee colonies.

A 140 g container of Oxalic Acid will treat approximately 70 colonies.

When handling Oxalic Acid:

o Read, Understand and follow all directions

o Keep a baking soda & water mixture handy to neutralize any acid spills

o Wear Acid Resistant gloves

o Wear appropriate Protective

o A respirator with cartridge suitable for Organic acids is required.
