This is our 500 g jar of 100% Pure Ontario Buckwheat Honey.
Buckwheat Honey is a rich thick honey. It has a malty taste with a slight hint of molasses.
Our Buckwheat Honey is Unpasteurized, Raw and Unfiltered. It includes all of the goodness that our Honey Bees have labored so hard to put into it. Buckwheat used to be farmed more than it is now. We have one bee yard on a buckwheat field and harvest one crop per year.
We have a limited amount of Buckwheat Honey every year. Once it is gone we have to wait until the next harvest.
